Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be returned by post within 30 days of delivery.

Custom or personalised orders are not eligible for return.

Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If socks have been worn or tried on they cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
