Shipping policy

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the product arrived faulty or an error was made on our part.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it may worth using a trackable service when returning more expensive items.

EU Shipping
EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties paid
at checkout.
1. VAT and duty Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and
taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No
additional charges on delivery.
2. Quick Customs Clearance: Orders under 150€ benefit from expedited customs
processing, resulting in faster delivery times..
3. Separate Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not
included in the 150€ limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.
